Context
The studio uses AI as a production aid, but the output still needs structure, taste, and technical review.
Challenge
AI workflows can easily become scattered prompts and one-off outputs. The goal was to make them repeatable enough to support real delivery.
Approach
Separated research, drafting, implementation, and review into explicit workflow stages.
Kept human review as the final gate for client-facing copy, code, and decisions.
Connected AI-assisted work back to existing project artifacts instead of treating it as a separate tool layer.
Outcome
The workflow gives AI a defined role in production while keeping quality control and editorial direction visible.
